<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a rubber mortar which is used as a wear-resistant repair material for the hydraulic structures of rivers through which rocks, sand, earth, rolling stones, and obstacles flow or for open channels, tunnel channels, discharge channels, dam discharge channels, and other channels and which is also used for a part of the hydraulic structures of general rivers, general channels, and water storage reservoirs and said to have some degree of effect wherein the wear-resistant repair material has no actual performance as a wear-resistant repair material for repairing the worn portions of the hydraulic structures of rivers by the use of a filler for cracking. <P>SOLUTION: This wear-resistant repair material is formed by mixing a cement in a resin material and a high polymer. The compressive stress of the repair material is 2.5-15 N/mm2, and the strain thereof is 1-20%. Therefore, the wear-resistant repair material comprises a compressive stress and strain properties. The structure of the repair material is optimum for repairing the worn portions of the hydraulic structures of the rivers through which rocks, sand, and earth flow or the hydraulic structures of open channels, tunnel channels, and discharge channels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
