<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas concentration calculation device capable of preventing not only the trouble caused by the individual difference of a light-receiving element but also the trouble caused by the unstableness of light path length. <P>SOLUTION: The gas concentration calculation device is equipped with a gas cell 10 forming an introducing space 11 into which target gas is introduced, an infrared light source 20 arranged to one end of the gas cell 10, the modulation mirror 70 arranged on one end of the gas cell 10 to permit the reflection or transmission of the light emitted from the infrared light source 20, a reflecting mirror 60 for reflecting the light transmitted through the modulation mirror 70, the saturated gas chamber 40, in which predetermined comparison gas is sealed, arranged on the light path of the light transmitted through the modulation mirror 70, the light-receiving section 30 arranged to the other end of the gas cell 10 and detecting the light reflected by the modulation mirror 70 and the light transmitted through the modulation mirror 70 to pass through the saturated gas chamber 40 and reflected by the reflecting mirror 60, and a calculation circuit 3 for calculating the concentration of the target gas on the basis of the received light energy value of the light-receiving section 30 in respective cases that light is reflected and transmitted by the modulation mirror 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
