PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation mat that is electrified by movement when a person walks on the power generation mat, and collects electrified charge for feeding power. SOLUTION: The power generation mat 1 includes: a sheet-like dielectric 4; a fixed electrode 3 fixed and stacked onto one surface of the dielectric; a displacement electrode 5 that is provided at a surface side opposite to the fixed electrode of the dielectric with a displaceable gap with the dielectric, and includes a load connected between the displacement electrode and the fixed electrode; and a displacement structure 5 that is provided between the displacement electrode and the dielectric, displaces the displacement electrode and the dielectric in a contact direction to generate contact electrification when an external force for allowing the displacement electrode to abut on the dielectric exists, and displaces the displacement electrode and the dielectric in a separation direction to generate separation electrification when no external force exists.
