<p>In order to efficiently administer drugs (physiologically active substances) a micro-needle device (1) is equipped with a base (2) and micro-needles (3), which are provided to the base (2). The micro-needles (3) are coated, at least partially, with a coating agent that contains the physiologically active substance. The coating range is 100 - 230 µm, which is the height of the micro-needles (3) including the tip. By applying an energy of 0.2 - 0.7 J/cm2 to the micro-needle device, which is in contact with the skin, the load is administered.</p> |
