<p>The disclosed organic semiconductor material contains at least one type of perylenecarboxylic acid diimide compound represented by the belowmentioned general formula (I). In the belowmentioned formula: R1 and R1' represent a hydrogen atom, an unsubstituted alkyl group having 1-30 carbon atoms, or a substituted alkyl group having 1-30 carbon atoms; and the substituent group of said substituted alkyl group is an alkoxy group, and alkylthio group, an aryl group, and aryloxy group, an arylthio group, a heterocyclic group, an acyl group, an acyloxy group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a vinyl group, a (meth)acrylic group, an epoxy group, a halogen atom, or the like.</p> |
