ROCK DRILL AND CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

A control system for rock drill includes a position sensor (11) for detecting the depth position of a drill bucket, a pressure sensor (12) for detecting the pressure of drill bucket, a rotary force sensor (13) for detecting the rotary force of drill bucket, and a control device (14) which receives the position signal, the pressure signal and the rotary force signal. Compares these signals with a position reference value, a pressure reference value, a rotary force reference value respectively, and controls the drill bucket to drill rock automatically according to the compare result and scheduled strategy. The control system can automatically drill rock, so as to reduce the labor strength of the operator and improve the rock drilling precision and the rock drilling efficiency of the rock drill.
