The method comprises measuring network performance data, measuring reference data from at least one cell using at least two different wireless apparatuses, comparing the measured network performance data to the reference data, obtaining a cell specific performance analysis, applying the performance analysis to a portion of the network and simulating the effect of a capacity configuration upgrade. |
