<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the emission of an electromagnetic field resulting from a common mode current (leak current) which flows out to the ground face connected with a case via an insulated board which is mounted to a power module used in a power conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: In the insulated board which is mounted to the power module of the power conversion device and mounted with a power semiconductor element, an inductor and a parallel resonator are formed by intentionally using capacities parasitic to the insulated board. The inductor is formed by being mounted with an external component or formed of a wiring pattern in the insulated board. By this constitution, an impedance characteristic which is high in terms of electricity can be imparted to the insulated board, i.e., the common mode current which flows out via the insulated board and the emission of the electromagnetic field resulting from the common mode current can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
