<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soya milk lactobacillus beverage fermented by using three kinds of lactobacillus species and having extremely excellent taste and flavor, and keeping the taste and flavor for a long period by aseptic packaging of the beverage in a sterilized container by adding an additional antiprecipitation stabilizer; and to provide a method for producing the beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the fermented soya milk lactobacillus beverage includes a step of inoculating a soya milk with three kinds of lactobacillus strains comprising a lactobacillus strain selected from Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus acidophilus in combination with one strain selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus casei and Streptococcus thermophilus, and fermenting the soya milk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
