<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing implement which shortens the time for mixing a dissolving liquid and a substance to be dissolved. <P>SOLUTION: The mixing implement 10 includes a double ended needle 20 having a first puncture needle 42 and a second puncture needle 44. The first puncture needle 42 has an angled opening 66 directed in a direction crossing an axial line of the double ended needle 20. By piercing a medicine container 12 with the first puncture needle 42 having the angled opening 66 and by piercing a liquid container 16 with the second puncture needle 44, the dissolving liquid 17 flows out toward the inner wall surface 24a of the medicine container 12.
