<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric linear motion actuator capable of smoothly guiding the linear movement of an output member performing linear movement even if a lateral moment acts to the output member, and preventing abrasion of outer diameter surfaces of a rotating shaft and a planet roller, and in an inner diameter surface of an outer ring member. <P>SOLUTION: The movement of a carrier 6 for supporting the planet roller 7 is regulated in an axial direction, the outer ring member 5 internally fitted so as to be slidable in the axial direction in the inner diameter surface of a cylindrical portion 1a of a housing 1 is whirl-stopped by a key 22 to a driven object to be coupled, the outer ring member 5 is used as an output member for linear movement, and a hard plating layer is applied to the surface of a thread member 5b for forming spiral protruding threads which are circumferentially formed on the outer diameter surface of the rotating shaft 4, the outer diameter surface including a portion of the spiral groove 7a of the planet roller 7 and the inner diameter surface of the outer ring member 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
