<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain energy saving while ensuring excellent coating film finishing property and suppressing increase of the use amount of a solvent for a base coating material, in formation of laminated coating film. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi-layer coating film forming method, a solvent type base coating material containing a polyol resin and a curing agent is applied on an electrodeposition film 2 of a material 1 to be coated, and a two liquid urethane clear coating material containing a polyol resin and isocyanate is applied by wet-on-wet process to form a base coating film 3 and a clear coating film 4, which are baked and cured at the same time, wherein the modulus of the base coating film when the two liquid urethane coating material is applied is controlled to≥1,000 Pa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
