<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam welding member which is suitable for preventing a weld crack without degrading component performance such as component strength and durability, and to provide a differential gear equipped with the beam welding member. <P>SOLUTION: The axial end faces on the inner peripheral side from welding bevel parts 14, 24 of first and second members are spaced apart from each other up to fitting parts 11, 21 of the first and second members to form a through-space.
