<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw for compatibly attaining the prevention of rotating performance degradation and smooth circulation of balls by enabling to set a clearance between a ball scooping part and a screw shaft to an adequate value. <P>SOLUTION: An end cap 3 is split in two, and the positions of split bodies 3a, 3b relative to a ball screw nut 2 are adjustable. By adjusting the positions of the split bodies 3a, 3b relative to the ball screw nut 2, the clearance C between the face of the ball scooping part 11 opposite to the screw shaft 1 and the screw shaft 1 can be set to a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
