PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing decision whether a power supply breaks down or a stall occurs, in a failure node. SOLUTION: This device includes: at least one sensor (11) of cameras acquiring a static image and/or a moving image of first and second servers connected to each other via a first path, microphones collecting operation sound of apparatuses mounted in the first and second servers, and temperature sensors measuring temperatures of the apparatuses mounted in the first and second servers; a decision means (12) deciding whether the power supply of the first or second server breaks down based on operation data obtained by the sensor (11); and a notification means (13) notifying the other server normally operating about a decision result thereof.
