The embodiments of the present invention provide a callback method, device and system of emergency call, so as to implement the callback of an emergency call for a user not passing the network security certification. The method includes: assigning a first temporary identification and a second temporary identification corresponding to the first temporary identification to a user equipment; sending the second temporary identification to an emergency call center; when the emergency call center calling back the user equipment, receiving the second temporary identification sent from the emergency call center; based on the second temporary identification, querying the first temporary identification; calling back the user equipment by using the first temporary identification. Compared to the prior art, even when a user equipment initiating an emergency call does not pass the network security certification due to some reason, the method provided by the embodiments of the present invention may identify the user equipment initiating the emergency call, so as to implement the callback of the emergency call. |
