The hearing aid (1) has electronics (8) electrical conductively connected with a microphone (3) and an earpiece (5), and an intermediate damping element (7) for supporting the microphone, earpiece and/or portions of a single- or multipart housing in a vibration damped manner. The damping element is made of form-stable damping material that has a mechanical dissipation factor of more than 0.4 at 10 hertz (Hz) and 20 degree Celsius of ambient temperature according to DIN 53 513. The damping material contains mixed cellular polyurethane.
