The aid (1) has a component carrier (2), a sound-producing ear-piece with two microphones (4a, 4b), and an electronic component connected with the microphones and the ear-piece. The microphones are received in the component carrier, and a separate mass element (8) i.e. passive electronic unit, is inserted in the component carrier in an intermediate space between the two microphones. The mass element has a telephone coil for detecting magnetic field of a loud speaker arranged adjacent to the aid. The mass element is pressed under bias of the component carrier element in the component carrier.
