<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generation module resistant to long-term use at a high temperature environment where the temperature (Th) of a high temperature portion exceeds 250°C. <P>SOLUTION: This thermoelectric power generation module includes a thermoelectric power generation element 20, a first diffusion prevention layer 71 formed of molybdenum (Mo) and arranged on the surface of the thermoelectric power generation element 20, a second diffusion prevention layer 73 formed of an intermetallic compound of nickel-tin (Ni-Sn) and arranged on the surface on the opposite side to the thermoelectric power generation element side of the first diffusion prevention layer 71, and electrode 40, a third diffusion prevention layer 42 formed of the intermetallic compound of nickel-tin (Ni-Sn) and arranged on the surface of the electrode 40, and a solder layer 80 which contains lead (Pb) by 85% or more and bonds the second diffusion prevention layer 73 and the third diffusion prevention layer 42 to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
