<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage making apparatus facilitating maintenance work of a cylinder unit while reducing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage making apparatus sequentially performs: a coffee powder material-feeding operation for feeding a coffee powder material to a waiting position at which a piston is positioned at the inner bottom of a cylinder; a coffee liquid-extracting operation for extracting a coffee liquid by lifting a lift device to press a cap into the cylinder; a coffee lee disposal operation for removing coffee lees on the piston by lowering the lift device to press the lower end of the piston against a predetermined wall surface, and lifting the piston in the cylinder; and a piston position-returning operation for returning the cylinder unit to the waiting position by lifting the lift device to press the cap into the cylinder, and lowering the piston in the cylinder to be moved to the inner bottom of the cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
