<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage making apparatus readily closing the lower side opening of a coffee bean canister, and facilitating maintenance work involving removal of the canister. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage making apparatus includes a mill 71 positioned below the coffee bean canister 70 storing coffee beans and removably mounted to a body, and milling the coffee beans dispensed from the dispensing port 80 of the canister. The mill 71 has a rotating shaft 76 inserted into the canister 70 from the center of the dispensing port 80. A lid member 84 for openably closing the dispensing port 80 keeps a first shutter 85 passing through the center of the lid member and a second shutter 86 for closing the dispensing port in such a manner as to pass through the dispensing port 80 on both sides of the shutter 85 while evading the rotating shaft 76, provided independently movably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
