<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the engagement between a seal part and a tie rod through hole while effectively reducing the possibility of damage in the seal part of a diaphragm even when the tie rod through hole is provided on a power piston member. <P>SOLUTION: The tie rod through hole 6a of the power piston member 6 is formed with a machined hole formed directly when the power piston member 6 is molded. Therefore, an inner circumferential edge part 6b of the tie rod through hole 6a of the power piston member 6 does not have a folded part. The inner circumferential edge part 6b of the power piston member 6 is formed on an integrated thick part thicker than the other part 6c of the power piston member 6, and a corner part 6e on the outer circumferential edge of the inner circumferential edge part 6b is formed on a R part. The seal part 7a of the diaphragm 7 is engaged with the inner circumferential edge part 6b of the tie rod through hole 6a. The tie rod 22 is provided by airtightly penetrating the seal part 7a, and the seal part 7a is airtightly slidable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
