<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently display a reduced image and an enlarged image even in the case where the size of an entire pattern is large. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a display unit 242, an input unit, and a display control unit. A first window 31 for displaying a first image 311 obtained by reducing the entire pattern, a second window 32 for displaying a second image 321 obtained by enlarging a region designated to be enlarged in the first image 311, and a third window 33 for displaying a third image 331 obtained by enlarging a region 324 designated to be enlarged in the second image 321 are provided on the display unit 242. On the display unit 242, the region 324 designated to be enlarged in the second window 32 moves in response to movement of the third image 331. If the region 324 designated to be enlarged is in contact with a window frame and the movement direction is toward the window frame, the second image 321 in the second window 32 moves with the region 324 in a stationary state.
