<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inner wear effective on acceleration of energy metabolism and build-up of muscle strength as a measure against Metabolic Syndrome, excellent in slimming properties and aesthetic properties, and effective on body compensation. <P>SOLUTION: The inner wear such as leggings 100 has: first highly-stretchable parts 1 extending on the inside lateral epicondyle parts 21a of the right and left thighs 21 along jacoby line parts 15, and passing through right and left greater trochanter parts 16 of a panty part 10 respectively via the back surfaces of the right and left thighs 21 respectively; second highly-stretchable parts 2 intersecting with each other below an umbilicus part 18 of the panty part 10 from the right and left iliac bone parts 17 of the panty part 10 and respectively extending to the outside lateral epicondyle parts 21b of the right and left thighs 21 via the front surfaces of the right and left thighs 21 respectively; and third highly-stretchable parts 3 extending to the inside lateral epicondyle parts 21a of the right and left thighs 21, respectively along rump-cleft parts 19 via the outside surfaces and the front surfaces of the right and left thighs 21, respectively.
