<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid detecting kit, capable of easily and high-sensitively detecting a target nucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid detecting kit includes an enzyme substrate modification nucleoside triphosphate shown in Equation 1.
