<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe supporting device capable of preventing a saddle band from being bent or broken by the push of a pipe in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction attributable to any thermal expansion or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A first bolt insertion hole 4c extending in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of a pipe P is formed in a fixed plate 4. A first slip plate 5 is slidably arranged on a slip surface 4b1 which is an upper surface of the fixed plate 4, and a second slip plate 6 is slidably arranged on a lower surface 4a1 of the fixed plate 4. A saddle band 3 and a support pad 2 for supporting the pipe P are fastened to the fixed plate 4 by bolts 8 and nuts 9 together with the first slip plate 5 and the second slip plate 6. Accompanying movement of the saddle band 3 with the first slip plate 5 and the second slip plate 6 in the orthogonal direction is permitted, when the load of the predetermined magnitude or more is applied to the saddle band 3 in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the pipe P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
