PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-displaying body expressing a moving image from one original image by changing, and to provide an information medium using the same. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the image-displaying body in which a plurality of images are formed by disposing a plurality of pixels emitting diffracted light and/or scattered light on one surface of a base material. The image-displaying body includes: the light-transmissive base material; and the plurality of pixels arrayed in a matrix on one surface of the pixels. Each of the pixels includes a plurality of grooves capable of emitting the diffracted light and/or the scattered light having directivity by irradiation with illumination light. In each of the pixels constituting individual images, the length directions of the plurality of grooves are the same, and the length direction of the groove of one image is different from that of another image, and the plurality of images are obtained by enlarging/reducing one original image at different ratios.
