<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode from which stable quality characteristics are obtained. <P>SOLUTION: At least two sorts of phosphors 8a and 8b in which the same luminescent color is indicated and composition materials differ are made to be included. As for some quality characteristics of the phosphors in the at least two sorts of phosphors 8a and 8b in which the composition materials differ, a phosphor of a composition material whose quality characteristic is inferior is subjected to quality characteristic improvement by combining a phosphor of a composition material excellent in the characteristic. Moreover, a difference in peak wavelength of emission spectrum of the at least two sorts of phosphors 8a and 8b is suppressed within the limit of 0-10 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
