PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate combining readability of the bar code and visibility of the contents, more specifically, a laminate requiring no aluminum foil or a white-colored layer in the substrate and having a transparent or translucent appearance of parts other than necessary parts, e.g. those for bar codes and a label, a packaging sheet, etc. utilizing it. SOLUTION: The laminate 10 includes at least a colored bar-code-printed layer 3, a transparent or translucent substrate layer 1 and a transparent or translucent bead-containing coating layer 5.
