PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working costs necessary for examining whether scale is accumulated or not and removing the scale by easily examining whether the scale is accumulated in a heat transfer tube and a steam circulation passage, and further easily removing the scale. SOLUTION: A communication tube 5 is connected to a position upper than the lower end of a vertical steam circulation tube 3 by a prescribed distance, so that the steam flow rises in the steam circulation tube through the communication tube, and a scale tank 7 is disposed on a lower end of a heat transfer tube inlet header to collect the scale falling in the heat transfer tube inlet header in the scale tank.
