摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure shut valve mechanism using a small-size motor for opening/closing operation. SOLUTION: The high pressure shut valve mechanism includes a valve body 10 and an actuator 50. The valve body includes a main valve element 20 for opening/closing a main valve hole 15, a pilot port 21 provided in the main valve element, and an operation shaft 60 with a front end inserted into the pilot port. The operation shaft is provided with a pilot valve part 61 for closing the pilot port, when moved to a first position, and for opening the pilot port, when moved to a second position, and an engaging part 63 for engaging with the main valve element to displace the main valve element in its opening direction, when moved to a third position. The actuator has a rectilinear-propagation motor which has a canned motor housing 51, a stator coil 52, a rotor 54, an output shaft 57 supported in a linearly movable and non-rotatable manner, and a lead screw mechanism 53 for converting the rotation of the rotor into the linear motion of an output shaft.
