PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device capable of suppressing loss of a heat amount at a condensation part and considerably improving the efficiency of exhaust heat recovery. SOLUTION: The condensation part 40 which heats engine cooling water by heat-exchanging between a heat medium and the engine cooling water is arranged right above a heat recovery part 30 for heating the heat medium by heat-exchanging between exhaust gas and the heat medium, and an upper part of the heat recovery part 30 is connected to a lower part of the condensation part 40 by a steam supply pipe 50. In an internal space of the condensation part 40, an LLC pipe 42 flowing the engine cooling water therein is arranged to surround the periphery of an opening part of the steam supply pipe 50, which considerably reduces heat radiation amounts to the outside of both the heat medium and the cooling water, improving the exhaust heat recovery efficiency.
