<p>Disclosed is a technology that ensures a comfortable scanning space for a tunnel MRI device without sacrificing performance or increasing the manufacturing cost of the MRI device. The disclosed RF coil is provided with an outer conductor, with a hollow center, and ribbon conductors disposed axially along the outer conductor. The spacing between the outer conductor and meander lines that constitute the ribbon conductors is uneven, and an interior space is formed. To obtain uniform sensitivity in the center of the RF coil, the ribbon conductors are composed of N connected meander lines, and the length of the ribbon conductors is adjusted so as to form (M+1)×N - 1 nodes at the resonant frequency of the antenna, where M is a natural number greater than or equal to 1 and 0.</p> |
