The vehicle has an electrical energy storage i.e. accumulator, and memory cells connected to a thermally conductive cooling plate (3), where cooling liquid flows through a cooling channel. The cooling plate is arranged on a carrier element i.e. support plate (1), where the carrier element is made of plastic. The support plate is formed as an extruded hollow element plate and a foamed plastic plate. A resilient intermediate layer or mat (2) is provided between the cooling plate and the support plate. The cooling plate includes rib-like projections. The cooling plate is designed as a plate radiator.
