<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering block, capable of efficiently performing photovoltaic power generation by effectively using solar light. <P>SOLUTION: The civil engineering block 1 includes a block body 2 formed of a circular portion 2b and a flat plate portion 2c and having a substantially V-shaped space portion 2a in side view; and a solar battery panel 3.
