<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing optical sensor chips which can control permeability change of a sensing film in a retention period by removing bound water contained in the sensing film. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing optical sensor chips, at least one enzyme in a first enzyme oxidizing or reducing a measured object and a second enzyme generating a substance of a coloring substance by reacting with the generated product of the first enzyme is coated with an ionic polymer containing a buffer; the first enzyme, the second enzyme, the coloring substance, and a nonionic cellulose derivative are mixed to prepare coating liquid for sensing film formation; and the sensing film is formed by applying the coating liquid for sensing film formation on an optical waveguide layer formed on a substrate and heating and drying the coating liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
