PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible light-emitting device which has long lifetime in a simple structure and hardly generates display unevenness and has suitable display characteristics and has a high yield and is highly reliable.

SOLUTION: The flexible light-emitting device includes a substrate having flexibility and a light-transmitting property to visible light; an adhesive layer arranged on the substrate; a conductive layer formed on the adhesive layer and having the light-transmitting property to the visible light; an insulating layer located on the conductive layer; a transistor arranged on the insulating layer; an interlayer insulating layer for covering the transistor; a light-emitting element including a first electrode formed on the interlayer insulating layer and electrically connected with a source electrode or a drain electrode of the transistor, a second electrode opposite to the first electrode, and a layer containing an organic compound with a light-emitting property arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a sealing layer for covering the light-emitting element.
