PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve accurate compensation of basic vibration; reduction of costs; elimination of the need to secure an installation space for a dummy load cell; and elimination of the need to install the dummy load cell. SOLUTION: In a load cell 4 for parallelogram weight measurement made of a metal elastic body, two beams 30a, 30b for the dummy load cell are extended from a fixing part 10 in parallel with two parallel beams 12 of the load cell 4 for weight measurement and integrally with the fixing part 10, and a movable part 34 for the dummy load cell is formed integrally with the beams 30a, 30b at a distal ends of the beams 30a, 30b. The ratio of the equivalent mass with the spring constant for the dummy load cell 2 is set to be equal to the ratio of the equivalent mass with the spring constant of the load cell for weight measurement.
