PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound output system capable of simply installing an alarm at low cost. SOLUTION: The sound output system includes: an announcement broadcast receiver or intercom which transmits a signal to fire sensors 100a-100d; the fire sensors 100a-100d which perform output on the basis of the signal when the signal is received from the announcement broadcast receiver or intercom; a communication cable which mutually connects the announcement broadcast receiver or intercom and the fire sensors 100a-100d; and an input/output part 101 for performing input or output of the signal to the fire sensors 100a-100d via the communication cable.
