The embodiments of the present invention disclose a call connection method, a call connection apparatus, a route searching apparatus, a service control apparatus and a service control system. The method includes: receiving a call connection request, which is transmitted by a service control device based on a call-back call initiated by a calling terminal; transmitting a route information request which carries a call-back identifier to the Home Location Register (HLR) of the calling terminal, when the call connection request is a connection request of the calling terminal; receiving the route information determined by the HLR based on the call-back identifier; and connecting to the calling terminal based on the route information. With the disclosed technical solutions, the HLR of the calling terminal selects appropriate route information based on the call-back identifier, so that an exchange device is connected to the calling terminal instead of a forwarded-to number of the calling terminal as in the related arts, therefore, the conflict between a call-back service and an unconditional forwarding service is resolved. |
