The device (20) comprises: a drug introduction means (15) for introducing a drug to a fluid; a temperature measurement device (21) for measuring the temperature distribution of the fluid; a drug concentration calculation unit (23) for calculating the concentration distribution of the drug introduced to the fluid, said calculation being performed by using the temperature distribution obtained by the temperature measurement device (21); a drug flow rate determination unit (24) for determining the flow rate of the drug to be introduced by the drug introduction means (15), said flow rate being determined in accordance with the concentration distribution calculated by the drug concentration calculation unit (23); and a unit (25) for controlling the drug introduction means (15) in such a way that the drug is introduced to the fluid at the flow rate determined by the drug flow rate determination unit (24).
