<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making low grade iron scrap a raw material, in which from low grade iron scrap mixed with nonferrous material such as a copper wire, the nonferrous material such as a copper wire is removed to appropriately obtain high purity iron scrap recyclable as an iron manufacture raw material for high grade steel material. <P>SOLUTION: Low grade iron scrap 11 mixed with a copper wire 2 is crushed by a crusher 21, and for the crushed mixture 12, the copper wire 2 entangled with the iron component 1 is loosened by an oscillation repulsion type sorting machine 22, and then the crushed mixture 12 is carried by a vibrating conveyer 23 and sorted into a magnetic material 1 and a nonmagnetic material 2 by a magnetic force sorting machine 24, and the one sorted as the magnetic material 1 is recovered as high grade iron scrap, and the recovered high grade iron scrap is utilized as iron manufacture raw material, In this case, the tip part 32a of the screen 32 in the oscillation repulse type sorting machine 22 or/and the tip part 33a of the vibrating conveyer 23 are formed into lattice shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
