PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a multiple beam in which side lobes are further reduced.

SOLUTION: A multiple beam generating means 9 generates Bessel beams, which are generated by converging a laser luminous flux based on an incident laser parallel luminous flux on an optical axis at a predetermined converging angle, at different converging angles. In addition, the multiple beam generating means 9 superposes the generated Bessel beams for every converging angles so that the respective side lobes nullify one another, thereby generating a multiple beam. A beam control means 8 controls the passage of a laser parallel luminous flux or multiple beam contributing to the occurrence of a side lobe.
