PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that provides reduced introduction cost for a store side, thereby suppressing reduction in a vacant space in the store.

SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: a vacant seat picture display unit 213a which causes an LCD 21 to display a vacant seat picture S1 for displaying vacancy situations of seats in the store and accepting designation of vacant seats from guests; a full seat picture display unit 213b which causes the LCD 21 to display a full seat picture S2 for displaying full seat situations of the seats in the store; and a picture switcher 213c which switches display of the vacant seat picture S1 by the vacant seat picture display unit 213a and display of the full seat picture S2 by the full seat picture display unit 231b when predetermined conditions are satisfied.
