PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of providing a technique capable of performing communication between a base station and a communication terminal even when a repeater is interposed.

SOLUTION: The base station 10B includes: a radio communication unit 11 for performing radio communication with the communication terminal; a radio resource allocation unit 131 for allocating an individual channel in the resources of the radio communication; a transmission/reception timing determination unit 132 for determining transmission/reception timing for performing transmission and reception using the individual channel with the communication terminal; a communication state specifying unit 134 for specifying whether the communication with the communication terminal is indirect communication performed through the repeater or direct communication not through the repeater; and a reception timing adjustment unit 133 for adjusting the timing of using the individual channel for uplink communication corresponding to a specified result by the communication state specifying unit 134.
