<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor display plate with uniform parasitic capacitance generated between a pixel electrode and a data line, and a liquid crystal display device including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises a gate line having a gate electrode, a sustaining electrode superimposed on the pixel electrode for forming a sustaining capacitance, a gate insulation film formed on the gate line, a semiconductor layer formed on the gate insulation film, a data line which is formed on the semiconductor layer and orthogonal to the gate line, a drain electrode facing a source electrode on the gate electrode, a protection film made of an organic insulating substance for covering the semiconductor layer, a thin film transistor substrate for covering the pixel electrode electrically connected with the drain electrode and the data line formed in a redundant manner and completely covering the data line on one side with each pixel electrode adjacent with each other formed in a redundant manner so that a parasitic capacitance difference between the pixel electrode and the data line is not influenced by wrong arrangement error among the layers of steps, and a substrate with a counter electrode facing the pixel electrode for forming a liquid crystal capacitance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
