PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for a continuation medium not causing a trouble on cutting action and having a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 3 has a flat shape without being bent. One end is fixed to a frame 4, and thus a fixed blade 2 can be mounted to the other end.
