PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding rice transplanter capable of carrying out a leveling operation suitable for fields. SOLUTION: The riding rice transplanter is provided with a seedling transplanter connected via a lifting link work to the rear side of a traveling vehicle body, a leveling rotary for carrying out grounding operation by rotating around a leveling rotary shaft in crosswise direction through arms that forward protrude from the seedling transplanter on the rear of the traveling vehicle body, and a controller including a vertical movement detecting mechanism to detect vertical movements of a center float installed on the transplanter, a vertical adjusting motor for leveling apparatus to vertically adjust the leveling rotary, configured to correct operation target value of the vertical adjusting motor for leveling apparatus based on the detection of the vertical movement detecting mechanism, and transmitting to the vertical adjusting motor for leveling apparatus to vertically control the leveling rotary.
