PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproofness of a touch panel display. SOLUTION: The image pickup device is provided with: a device body 2 provided with an image pickup part; and a display part 3 provided on the device body 2. Then, the display part 3 is provided with a touch panel 60 of a pressure sensitive type on a display panel 50. The touch panel 60 is attached to the rear side of a decoration member 40 with a first adhesive 66 with the circumference of the touch panel 60 sealed, and the touch panel 60 is attached to the surrounding mounting part 34 to which the display panel 50 of a case constituting the device body 2 is mounted by a second adhesive 68.
