PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein reading performance deteriorates when a memory device is replaced. SOLUTION: A storage device 210 includes: a data storage control part 211 which stores storage object data into the memory device 220 and when storing other storage object data of the same data contents as the storage object data stored already in the memory device, causes the storage object data stored already in the memory device to be referred to as the other storage object data; a number of references managing part 212 for storing a reference number that represents the number of times when the storage object data is referred to as the other storage object data for each storage object data stored in the memory device; and a data rearranging part 213 for storing the storage object data stored in a predetermined memory device into another memory device and changing a storage destination of the storage object data in accordance with the reference number of the storage object data.
